You can activate your card by visiting https://www.deepbluedebit.com/account/activate. You will receive your NetSpend Visa card in the mail, within seven to 10 business days after you place your order. There are activation instructions in the mail. To activate your card online:
- Visit deepbluedebit.com/activate to sign up.
- Click on the option to create a new account.
- Enter your personal information on the registration page, including your first and last name, email address, ZIP code, and street address.
- Provide your birth date and social security number for identity verification.
- Click the SIGN UP button to create your account.
